📋 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

- Within 30 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received

- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Items over 30 days old
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items marked "Final Sale"
- Items damaged by customer
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us Email us at support@clinical-couture.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours.
- Receive Return Authorization We'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label (for defective items or our errors).
- Pack Your Items Securely pack items in original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package and write it on the outside of the box.
- Ship Your Return Drop off your package at any UPS location. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
- Receive Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges!
🔄 Easy Exchange Process
Contact us with your order number and let us know what you'd like to exchange. We'll check availability and provide exchange instructions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, we recommend checking our Size Guide before requesting an exchange to ensure the best fit.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Defective or Incorrect Items
Received a defective or incorrect item? We sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
